It’s that time of year again: time to update our records. Family Information Sheet and the Ministry Opportunities sheet are here. Please fill both of these out and get them back to Pastor Forney as soon as possible! We need 100% participation with this. If you did not get these sheets, please let Pastor Forney know. Also, if you have filled these sheets out in the past, we still need you to fill out new ones. Thank you very much for your help with this.
